3 lbs. Smoky Hill Bison buffalo stew meat, cut in cubes 1-10 oz can golden mushroom soup 1 cup red wine or apple juice 1-10 oz. can mushrooms drained
Place all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole. Stir to mix well. Cover and bake in 350�F over for 3 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
