Bison Sausage Breakfast Casserole

1 lb. Smoky Hill Bison Zesty Buffalo Sausage

6 slices Bread, cubed
4 Eggs, beaten
2 cups Milk
1 tsp. Mustard
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 lb. Cheddar Cheese, grated

Break up sausage and fry slightly. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in casserole dish, cover and store in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, bake in 350 degree oven uncovered for about 45 minutes.

This is awesome! I also add spices according to the dish. Pancakes..etc I add a little Garam
Masala spice blend.. Omelets I will add garlic spice blends..
However it is great on its own..also in pastas chilies..whatever you would use ground sausage or beef for..
The taste is much better than beef.Bison is like the ultimate beef..it is a little sweeter. You will find beef very bland after this. And with all this it is much healthier!
